Olivia Turns One
You may remember this beautiful girl because in her three-month-old photos she was being kissed by the family border collie {see that post here}. Well, hard to believe, but she is now a year old! What fun to see how much she has changed, and how she and Bella (the pup) have made an uneasy peace with each other.

The beautiful light on Olivia's face in these images came from the sunlight bouncing off the mahogany coffee table in the living room, and I couldn't have planned the timing any better if I had spent days studying the light patterns to make sure we hit it right! We just got lucky.

Since the real Bella isn't always as friendly with Olivia as she would like, here she is making friends with the doorstopper Bella -- a more sure thing!
